Synopsis:

Freda and her boyfriend are a well-matched pair that has been able to crown their dream: the purchase of a restored farmstead in the Umbrian forests. The jewel that adorns the house is the beautiful enclosed rose garden that keeps a terrible and tragic past.

Freda, not being scared by it, decides to look after an impressive bush of white roses, but the dream of a life-time is about to take a different turn. And Freda will learn about the truth that hides behind the scented corollas of those silent flowers.
